Those vibes were coming from the Warrior Girls. The Warrior Girls are an explosive dance team that performs routines during pregame introductions, timeouts, quarter breaks and halftime. The Warrior Girls, under the direction of Shelby Alexander, have rehearsals twice a week. Rehearsals usually consist of a cardiovascular workout and a weight training regimen before the actual dancing begins. On game nights, the Warrior Girls meet two hours prior to tipoff, where they put the finishing touches on their routines for the evening.
